Creditplus are based in Bournemouth on the sunny south coast of England. With an office located just a stone’s throw from the beach, there are few better places to work in the country.

While we are located in the south, we can help customers from across the UK find the finance package they need to fund the car of their choice. When you find finance with Creditplus, you can choose any car from any UK dealer. That means you have the freedom to find the ideal car for you. We’ll do all the checks to ensure the dealer and the vehicle are as described, so you can be sure the car of your dreams won’t turn into a nightmare.

Graham Roberts, Sales Director

Graham Roberts serves as Sales Director at Creditplus, bringing extensive experience in automotive finance and a strong record of developing high-performing sales teams. Throughout his career, Graham has focused on creating clear, customer-centred finance journeys that empower individuals to make confident decisions about vehicle ownership.

In his role at Creditplus, Graham leads the sales function with an emphasis on professionalism, transparency, and long-term customer relationships. He oversees sales strategy, team leadership, and the ongoing refinement of internal processes to ensure clients receive tailored finance solutions that meet their needs while safeguarding their credit profile. His approach combines strategic insight with a genuine commitment to service excellence, supporting both customers and his team in achieving positive outcomes.

Graham is dedicated to continuous improvement within the business, championing modern tools, responsible lending practices, and a culture of integrity and accountability across the sales organisation.

Outside of work, Graham is a proud dad of two and spends his free time staying active, travelling, and enjoying the outdoors.

Benedict Steven-Fountain, Finance Director

Benedict brings a broad range of experience with a varied background in financial services, transport, and the motor trade, providing a strong foundation for his strategic leadership at Creditplus.

As Finance Director, he plays a key role in shaping the long-term strategic direction of the business, driving operational efficiency, and implementing streamlined processes that support sustainable growth. With a strong attention to detail and a high level of commercial awareness, Benedict ensures that financial and operational decisions are both robust and strategically aligned.

Benedict works hand in hand with Graham Roberts to instil the Creditplus ethos of simplicity, honesty, and transparency into everything the business does. He is also responsible for regulatory oversight and oversees the administration, compliance, and complaints teams, as well as managing dealer oversight to maintain strong governance and consistently high service standards.

Outside of work, Benedict is a dedicated father of two and enjoys an active lifestyle. He can often be found walking or running, travelling with his family, or spending time at the beach, including a swim in the sea even in the colder month.

Becki Roberts, Senior Finance Broker

Becki Roberts is a highly experienced finance broker at Creditplus, bringing more than a decade of specialised expertise in automotive finance, underwriting, and pay-outs. With a strong background leading high-performing teams, Becki has played a pivotal role in developing efficient, customer-focused processes that support the company’s commitment to responsible and transparent lending.

Between 2010 and 2018, Becki led the Pay Outs, Loans, and Underwriting division, where she established and managed a successful team capable of packaging over £2.5 million per year in automotive finance. Her leadership ensured both accuracy and speed across complex finance applications, while maintaining strong relationships with lenders, dealers, and customers. Her depth of operational knowledge and hands-on management style continue to directly support Creditplus’s high service standards today.

In her current role as a senior finance broker, Becki focuses on coaching, performance development, and delivering consistent, customer-first outcomes. She is known for her calm, structured approach, her commitment to staff development, and her ability to create a positive, supportive environment where the team can excel.

Outside of work, Becki enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active, and exploring new places whenever she can.
